Travel Refund Policy (U10, U12, U14)
Purpose:
Travel team rosters are set and league fees are paid well before the start of the season. Any disruptions to those rosters have the potential to negatively impact the teams and the individual players. Appropriate roster sizes are needed to maximize the development of each player and ensure that there are enough players to sufficiently participate in training sessions and games.
Policy:
A full refund will be granted prior to the close of registration.
A 50% refund will be granted between the close of registration and August 1 (fall) and March 1 (spring), approximately one month prior to the start of the season.
Refunds will not be given after this date, which is less than one month prior to the start of the season.
Exceptions may be made, at the sole discretion of the UYSL Board of Directors, for a season ending injury or a move out of town. The request must be made in writing to the Registrar ([email protected]). A refund granted under these circumstances will be subject to a $25 fee for cost already incurred (team fees, insurance, ect.).
A full refund will be granted if UYSL is unable to place a player on a team.
If the weather or some other unavoidable circumstances limit our program in any way, no refunds will be made.

In-Town and U8 Refund Policy (U4, U5, U6, U8)
In-town registration fees are fully refundable before August 15 (fall) and March 15 (spring). After this date, the UYSL will grant a refund less a $20 administrative fee. This fee is to offset costs that have already been incurred by UYSL, including insurance, regional league registration fees and uniforms.
After the first week of the season, no refunds will be granted. Exceptions may be made, at the sole discretion of the UYSL Board of Directors, for a season ending injury or a move out of town. The request must be made in writing to the Registrar ([email protected]). Refunds granted under these circumstances will also be subject to the $20 administrative fee.
